General Description of 2000L Kombucha Fermentation Tank

2000L type bright tank is used for kombucha maturation/conditioning/serving/filtered kombucha receiving.
It is specially designed for small Kombucha brewery brewing system.
It can be widely used in the brewing of various Kombucha types. The tank has a dished-bottom cylindrical shape, and flat top lid.
The 2000L brite tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature.
A rotating cleaning ball is installed inside the tank top, which is connected to the CIP cleaning system, which can clean the inner wall of the tank at 360 degrees without dead ends, ensuring hygiene and safety in production.
2000L kombucha fermenter can usually be matched with 2000L per batch Brewhouse system or 1000L per batch brewhouse system, and 2- 4 can be configured according to the bottling capacity requirements of different kombucha types.
Generally, the configuration of bars and small kombucha breweries is more common, and the size and placement of the tank can be customized according to site requirements.
